Are you a web, app, game, or AI developer? Do you know how to code but want to put your skills to use? Or are you new to programming and interested in its applications across fields like physics, business, healthcare, and math?
The Applied Programming Club is a place where you can meet others with similar interests, gain inspiration, work on personal and group projects, solve problems, and share skills and insight.
It connects people who prefer writing code for a purpose, to let us pursue a hobby, to prepare us for a real-world career, and to encourage creativity, collaboration, and most importantly, fun.
Our meetings have:
- a share-out on what members have been working on
- an open discussion on the latest news involving tech
- the chance to teach the group about a certain topic
- the opportunity to pitch ideas
- work and collaboration on your projects, club projects for the community, or challenges we give out
We meet on Orange in Room K101. All skill levels and backgrounds are welcome!
